NTK 9618 Downstream Oxygen Sensor OE-Style O2 Sensor

The NTK 9618 is an OE-style downstream oxygen sensor engineered to meet or exceed original equipment manufacturer specifications. NTK, the sensor division of NGK Spark Plugs, is a trusted OEM supplier to major automakers worldwide, and this sensor reflects the same rigorous quality standards found in factory-installed components.

Downstream oxygen sensors (also called post-catalyst or rear O2 sensors) monitor exhaust gases exiting the catalytic converter, allowing the engine control module (ECM) to evaluate catalytic converter efficiency and maintain optimal emissions performance. A faulty downstream O2 sensor can trigger a Check Engine Light (MIL), cause failed emissions tests, and degrade fuel economy.

Key Features:

• Manufactured by NTK (NGK's OE sensor brand) — a direct OEM supplier to major vehicle manufacturers
• Built to OE specifications for precise fit, form, and function
• Resistant to thermal shock, vibration, and contamination for long service life
• Designed for accurate signal output to support proper ECM feedback and emissions monitoring
• Direct plug-and-play replacement — no splicing or modification required
• Meets or exceeds OEM performance standards

The NTK 9618 oxygen sensor is a reliable, direct-fit replacement that restores proper exhaust monitoring and helps eliminate emissions-related diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs). It is backed by NTK's reputation as a leading global OEM sensor manufacturer.
