Wichard 1394W Thimble Shackle Allen Head Pin 8mm 316L Stainless Steel

The Wichard 1394W Thimble Shackle is a precision-engineered marine-grade shackle designed to allow a rope to be spliced directly onto a fitting without the need for an additional shackle or connector. Forged from Grade 316L stainless steel, this thimble shackle delivers outstanding corrosion resistance and long-term durability in harsh saltwater environments.

The integrated thimble design protects the rope splice from abrasion and wear at the bearing point, while the Allen head pin (8mm / 5/16") provides a secure, tool-tightened connection that resists accidental loosening under load or vibration — a key advantage over traditional threaded pins in high-cycle marine applications.

Key Features:

• Thimble shackle with Allen head (hex socket) pin for secure, tool-tightened closure
• Forged in Grade 316L stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance
• 8mm / 5/16" pin diameter
• Allows rope to be spliced directly to a fitting without an additional connector
