Product Details

The Wichard 2475W is a high-performance 3-1/2" snap shackle with swivel eye, precision hot-forged from Grade 17-4 PH stainless steel for exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability in demanding marine environments.

The oversized swivel eye allows free 360° rotation, eliminating line twist and enabling multiple rope attachments — ideal for spinnaker halyards, spinnaker poles, and other racing or cruising rigging applications where quick-release performance is critical.

Key Features:

  • Hot-forged 17-4 PH stainless steel construction for superior strength-to-weight ratio
  • Large swivel eye allows free rotation and attachment of multiple ropes simultaneously
  • Quick-release snap shackle mechanism for fast, reliable one-handed operation under load
  • 3-1/2" body length suitable for a wide range of rigging and deck hardware applications
  • Corrosion-resistant finish rated for saltwater marine use
  • Manufactured by Wichard, a trusted French marine hardware brand with decades of offshore racing heritage

The Wichard 2475W snap shackle is a dependable choice for competitive sailors and cruisers alike, delivering the quick-release functionality and build quality expected from Wichard's professional-grade marine hardware line.

Hi there

Great ordering experience

I searched online for my product, found it and the best price at thmotorsports.com, ordered it, and received it as promised, in perfect condition as advertised. I'm a satisfied customer. Guess they have a sister company: autoplicity.com. I'm shoppin' them too.

No problem with ordering and having the items ground shipped to a forwarding company (I am based in the UK)

Product worked great

Everything is great, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong part. I've been trying to return it and no one is getting back to me.
