Quicksilver 6911002TP Bravo SeaCore Transom Assembly

The Quicksilver 6911002TP is a complete OEM Mercury MerCruiser standard SeaCore Bravo transom assembly designed for superior corrosion protection in saltwater and harsh marine environments. The SeaCore system features hardcoat anodizing that changes the molecular structure of the XK-360 aluminum alloy, creating a protective shield against galvanic corrosion.

Complete Assembly Includes:

• Gimbal housing and inner transom plate
• Port and starboard trim cylinders with hydraulic hoses
• Trim/tilt and sending units
• U-joint bellows and exhaust bellows
• Gimbal bearing and steering lever
• Mounting hardware

SeaCore Corrosion Protection Features:

• Hard-coat anodizing on the drive with stainless-steel fasteners and components
• MerCathode protection that defends against corrosion using electrical current and sacrificial zinc anodes
• MercFusion paint provides an additional corrosion barrier
• In testing, SeaCore hardcoat-anodized units were 25 times more corrosion-resistant

This transom assembly is compatible with SeaCore 4.3L, 5.0L, 350, and 377 non-DTS engines and works with Bravo 1, Bravo 2, and Bravo 3 outdrives. The transom assembly is one of the most important components for any MerCruiser sterndrive application, managing cooling water delivery, exhaust, engine mounting, steering control, and the trim system while sealing seawater outside the boat.

SeaCore products carry a 4-year limited corrosion failure warranty when purchased as part of a complete engine package, or 1-year limited warranty when purchased individually. Serialized items such as transom assemblies must be installed by a dealer for warranty to be valid.
