Taylor Made 2020108687 Sur-Moor Replacement Buoy Rod 1/2in x 12in Hot-Dipped Galvanized

The Taylor Made 2020108687 is a 12-inch replacement buoy rod designed for use with Taylor Made Sur-Moor mooring buoys and other center-rod style buoys. Constructed from 1/2-inch diameter hot-dipped galvanized steel, this rod delivers superior corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability in harsh saltwater and freshwater marine environments.

The center rod through a mooring buoy is subject to hidden corrosion over time, making regular inspection and replacement an essential part of buoy maintenance. This rod-only replacement part makes it easy to restore a worn or corroded buoy assembly without replacing the entire unit.

Key Features:

• Material: 1/2" diameter hot-dipped galvanized steel for maximum corrosion resistance
• Length: 12 inches
• Long threading for use with various size buoys
• Compatible with Taylor Made Sur-Moor mooring buoys featuring a center rod design
• Not designed to replace chain used in a thru-chain style buoy

This is a rod-only replacement part. Taylor Made also offers buoy hardware kits that include a swivel, galvanized washers, and a nylon core lock nut if additional hardware is needed. Cross-reference part number: 33012.
