Taylor Made 2020108688 Sur-Moor Replacement Buoy Rod 1/2in x 15in Galvanized

The Taylor Made 2020108688 is a 15-inch replacement buoy rod engineered for use with traditional center-rod style mooring buoys. Constructed from hot-dipped galvanized steel, this rod is built to withstand the demanding conditions of the marine environment, offering lasting corrosion resistance for long-term reliability.

Key Features:

• 1/2" diameter hot-dipped galvanized steel rod for heavy-duty mooring applications
• 15 inches in length — designed to fit 15" diameter mooring buoys with a center-rod design
• Includes a 4" long swivel to prevent chain from twisting during use
• Comes complete with 2 galvanized washers and a nylon core lock nut for a secure, rattle-free installation
• Hot-dipped galvanized finish provides superior corrosion resistance in saltwater and freshwater environments
• Note: This rod is not designed to replace the chain used in a "thru-chain" style buoy — for center-rod style buoys only

This replacement rod is an essential part of any well-maintained mooring system. Regular inspection and timely replacement of the center rod helps ensure the integrity of your mooring setup. Taylor Made has been producing trusted marine hardware and accessories since 1908, and this buoy rod reflects that commitment to quality and dependability.
