Product Details

The Sierra 118-36250 (also referenced as 18-36250) is a direct-fit replacement thermostat engineered for Suzuki four-stroke outboard engines in the 100 to 300 horsepower range, covering model years 2021 through 2024. Sierra is a trusted name in marine aftermarket parts, offering premium-quality replacements that meet or exceed OEM specifications.

The thermostat is a critical component of the outboard cooling system, regulating engine operating temperature by controlling coolant flow. A properly functioning thermostat helps prevent overheating, ensures efficient warm-up, and protects internal engine components from temperature-related wear.

Key Features:

  • Direct replacement for Suzuki 100–300 HP outboard engines, model years 2021–2024
  • Engineered to OEM fit and function specifications
  • Helps maintain optimal engine operating temperature
  • Protects engine from overheating and thermal damage
  • Sierra part number: 18-36250 / 118-36250

Recommended as part of routine cooling system maintenance — inspect and replace the thermostat when servicing the water pump to help ensure continued reliable engine performance on the water.

I'm waiting on my refund. I was not happy that I couldn't talk to a real person regarding my return and my repurchase of the correct prop that I needed. So , if I get my total refund without a huge restocking fee(since the prop is new in original packaging and I bought another prop that is the correct size) then I will be extremely satisfied.

It's the information I needed for my boat motor. The only issue I had with this maintenance manual was the way the manual was finished. I've worked the the graphic arts industry for 50 years and am well versed in print finishing. The book will no doubt stay together, however there is excessive glue on the spine as the cover wraps around the front/back that distracts from the overall appearance.

All went well.

I can't really grade the last one as the product has not arrived yet.

Good so far lets see when we get it

Quality product just as advertised quick shipping. No problem it fits Sammy out.

good day
