Product Details

Interlux Micron CSC is an ablative, long-lasting, TBT-free antifouling paint that uses Micron Technology to provide excellent protection against all types of fouling. This copper-based paint is one of the most effective antifouling solutions ever developed for both powerboats and sailboats.

Key Features:

  • Polishes at a controlled rate resulting in reduced buildup of old coatings and minimized sanding at reapplication
  • Boat can be hauled and relaunched the following season without repainting
  • Contains 37.2% Cuprous oxide biocide for effective antifouling protection
  • Uses less copper, more efficiently, than old fashioned high copper bottom paints
  • Dries to bright colors and can be used in fresh, salt or brackish waters
  • Can be applied by spray, brush, or roller

Coverage is approximately 440 square feet per gallon with 2-3 coats recommended. Drying time is 16 hours to overcoat and 16 hours to launch at 73°F. Suitable for fiberglass, wood and properly primed metal boat hulls and parts (not aluminum). For below the waterline use only on power and sail boats in all waters.
