Carefree of Colorado R001989BLK Compass Patio Awning Back Arm Half Set Adjustable Pitch Black

The Carefree of Colorado R001989BLK is a genuine OEM replacement back arm assembly (half set, idler/left side) designed specifically for Carefree Compass patio awnings. This is the rear awning arm — not the front/motor-side arm — making it the correct replacement for the idler side back position.

Built from lightweight, no-rust aluminum, this arm assembly delivers long-lasting durability in outdoor RV environments. The adjustable pitch design allows you to set the awning slope to your preferred angle while the awning is closed, with 6 pitch settings ranging from flat (3°) to steep (16°), so you can dial in the ideal water runoff angle before deployment.

Key Features:

• OEM Carefree of Colorado replacement part — direct fit for Compass patio awnings
• Half set — includes left side / idler side / back arm assembly only
• Adjustable pitch with 6 angle settings from 3° (flat) to 16° (steep)
• Constructed from lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum
• Black finish to match black Compass awning hardware
• Compatible with Carefree Scissor-Arm Technology system for enhanced stability and rigidity

This arm is sold as a half set covering the idler (left) back side. If replacing both arms, a full set or the corresponding motor-side back arm assembly will also be required. MPN: R001989BLK.
