3M 7100283162 Cubitron II Abrasive Sheet Roll Grit - 4.5 80

The 3M Cubitron II 4.5" Abrasive Sheet Roll features precision-shaped grain technology that delivers exceptional cut rates and longer life compared to conventional abrasives. This 80 grit roll is engineered for fast material removal on metals, particularly steel and stainless steel applications.

Key Features:

• Precision-shaped grain technology continuously fractures to form sharp cutting edges
• 4.5 inch width sheet roll format for custom length cutting
• 80 grit for aggressive stock removal and surface preparation
• Film backing provides consistent finish and excellent edge wear resistance
• Ideal for grinding, blending, and finishing applications on metal surfaces
• Delivers up to 2X faster cut rates and longer life than conventional ceramic abrasives

3M Cubitron II abrasives utilize proprietary Precision Shaped Grain technology where triangular-shaped ceramic grains are electrostatically oriented on the backing to maximize cutting performance. As the grains wear, they continuously fracture to expose fresh, sharp cutting points, maintaining aggressive cutting action throughout the life of the abrasive.
