ARP AP2.500-1LB 7/16" Chrome Moly Broached Stud 2.500" Long Black Oxide Single

ARP Ultra-Torque Fastener Assembly Lubricant is the professional-grade moly-based assembly lube engineered specifically for use with high-performance engine fasteners. Formulated to eliminate preload scatter, it delivers consistent, repeatable fastener tension from the very first torque pull — no need to cycle fasteners multiple times before final installation. This 1 lb container is ideal for engine builders performing full rebuilds or multiple assemblies.

Key Features:

• Eliminates preload scatter — achieves 95–100% of ARP-recommended installation preload on the first pull
• Premium moly base with built-in rust and corrosion inhibitors
• Extreme pressure performance — load range rated to 500,000 psi
• Wide temperature range — effective from -30°F to 550°F
• Maintains fastener preloads within 5% across all subsequent torque cycles
• Prevents seizing and galling on all threaded fasteners
• Compatible with head studs and bolts, main studs and bolts, connecting rod bolts, and driveline fasteners
• The same lubricant included with ARP stud and bolt kits — available in bulk for larger jobs

ARP publishes all fastener torque specifications based on the use of ARP Ultra-Torque lubricant. Using a different lube introduces friction variables that can result in unpredictable preloads, bore distortion, compromised head gasket sealing, and piston ring seal issues. For serious engine builders, this lubricant is an essential part of any professional fastener installation.
