Lippert Components 275048 3/8 Belleville Washer .382 ID x .750 OD x .032 Mechanical Zinc

The Lippert Components (Solera) 275048 is a 3/8" Belleville washer with a mechanical zinc finish, engineered as a genuine OEM replacement hardware component for Solera RV awning systems, including the Solera Smart Arm series.

A Belleville washer — also known as a conical spring washer, disc spring, or coned-disc spring — is a precision-formed conical shell that provides consistent spring force and preload along its axis. This design maintains clamping force under dynamic loads, vibration, and thermal expansion, making it ideal for the pivoting arm assemblies and fastener joints found in RV awning hardware.
