Dexter Axle 006-320-00 Castellated Spindle Nut Retainer with Cotter Pin for 1" D-Flat Spindles

The Dexter Axle 006-320-00 is a castellated spindle nut retainer designed for Dexter trailer axles featuring a 1-inch D-Flat spindle end. This retainer is a key component of Dexter's updated D-Flat spindle cotter pin retention system, working in conjunction with the Dexter 006-191-00 hex spindle nut and a cotter pin (sold separately, Dexter P/N 019-022-00) to securely lock the spindle nut in place and prevent bearing looseness during operation.

The castellated design features precision-machined slots that accept a cotter pin, which engages the notches in the nut to prevent rotation and keep the nut properly positioned. This system delivers consistent, reliable bearing preload adjustment critical to safe trailer operation on the road.

Key Features:

• Fits Dexter 2,000 lb. to 8,000 lb. trailer axles with 1-inch D-Flat spindle ends
