Tuff Coat Marine 21506 Rubberized Non-Skid Deck Coating Red 1 Gallon

Tuff Coat Marine 21506 is a water-based, single-component rubberized non-skid deck coating in Red, available in a one-gallon container. Formulated from a cross-linked acrylic/urethane copolymer with recycled rubber crumb aggregate, it delivers a durable, flexible, slip-resistant surface for marine and waterfront applications.

Key Features:

• VOC-free and odorless — environmentally friendly, safe for indoor and outdoor use
• Non-skid, rubberized finish — recycled rubber granules create a comfortable, non-abrasive textured surface
• Impact and chemical resistant — withstands acids, solvents, fuels, chlorine, and salt exposure
• UV-resistant colorfast pigments — resists fading, peeling, and breakdown in direct sunlight
• Flexible, non-brittle formula — unlike epoxies, remains chip and impact resistant over time
• Broad substrate adhesion — bonds to wood, concrete, metal, fiberglass, plastic, rubber, and vinyl
• Coverage: approximately 40–45 sq. ft. per gallon (two-coat application)
• Dry film thickness: approximately 30–35 mils
• Application temperature range: 40°F minimum to 120°F maximum
• Cure time: touch-dry in ~30 minutes; light traffic in 10–12 hours; full cure in 5–7 days

Ideal for boat decks, pontoon decks, fly bridges, galleys, docks, boat ramps, and other high-traffic marine surfaces requiring a safe, slip-resistant finish. Apply using a Tuff Coat textured roller or low-pressure hopper spray gun. Tuff Coat Primer is required for proper adhesion on most surfaces. Cleans up easily with soap and water.
