Fireboy E-4209-28 Manual Discharge Cable Kit 28ft for MA2 & GA Series Fire Suppression

The Fireboy-Xintex E-4209-28 Manual Discharge Cable Kit provides a 28-foot high-temperature rated cable for manual activation of Fireboy-Xintex MA, MA2, MU, GA, GA1, and GA2 Series total flooding pre-engineered fire suppression systems. This kit is an essential safety component for vessel operators who require manual override capability or whose vessel is subject to U.S. Coast Guard inspection requirements.

These high-temperature cables have passed a special flame test that exceeds the requirements of standard fire tests for common utility or control cables. To maintain Coast Guard and FM approvals, Fireboy-Xintex brand cables must be used with MA, MU, and GA Series extinguishers, as the system was tested and approved as a complete unit.

Key Features:

• 28-foot high-temperature rated discharge cable
• Designed for manual activation of MA, MA2, MU, GA, GA1, and GA2 Series fire suppression systems
• Easily routed alongside engine cables and existing electrical wiring
• Meets U.S. Coast Guard flame-test guidelines for fire resistance
• Required on GA Series automatic systems; required on MA2 Series systems for USCG-inspected vessels

What's Included:

• 28-foot discharge cable
• Cable pass-through escutcheon (mounting) plate
• Red pull handle
• Safety pin
• Safety tie

To determine the correct cable length, measure from the extinguisher head to the desired location where the red pull handle will be accessible. Use the shortest allowable cable when possible, and ensure total cable bending does not exceed 360 degrees when routing.
