West Systems 690-1.5G Wood Rot Repair Kit 1.5 Gal Two-Part Epoxy System

West Systems 690-1.5G Wood Rot Repair Kit is a 1.5-gallon two-part epoxy system engineered to penetrate, stabilize, and rebuild rotted wood without requiring full replacement. Suitable for home, marine, RV, and general stabilization applications, this kit delivers professional-grade structural restoration in a convenient all-in-one package.

The system works in two stages: a deep-penetrating epoxy first saturates and hardens degraded wood fibers, restoring structural integrity from within, followed by a rebuilding compound that fills and replaces missing or severely damaged material. The result is a long-lasting, structural repair that can be sanded, shaped, and painted.

Key Features:

• Two-part epoxy formula penetrates deep into rotted wood fibers to restore strength
• 1.5-gallon kit size — ideal for medium to large repair projects
• Suitable for interior and exterior use
• For use in home, marine, RV, and stabilization applications
• Repairs can be sanded, shaped, and finished to match surrounding surfaces
• Made in the USA
• From WEST SYSTEM — a trusted name in professional epoxy technology

The West Systems 690-1.5G is the large-volume option for contractors and serious DIYers tackling significant rot damage on decks, window frames, door sills, transoms, marine woodwork, and structural members.
