AIMS Power PVEXT20FT10AWGRED 20ft 10 AWG Solar PV Extension Cable with MC4 Connectors Red

The AIMS Power PVEXT20FT10AWGRED is a 20-foot, 10 AWG red solar PV extension cable designed to extend the reach between solar panels and charge controllers, inverters, or combiner boxes. Built for reliable DC power transfer in off-grid, RV, marine, and residential solar installations, this cable features industry-standard MC4-type connectors for tool-free, weatherproof connections.

Key Features:

• 20-foot length — provides generous reach for flexible panel positioning and system layout
• 10 AWG wire gauge — handles higher current loads with minimal voltage drop, suitable for most residential and mobile solar arrays
• MC4-type connector ends — compatible with the vast majority of solar panels and balance-of-system components using the MC4 standard
• Red jacket (positive) — color-coded for easy polarity identification and safe, organized wiring
• UV and weather-resistant insulation — rated for outdoor use and direct sunlight exposure
• Designed to pair with AIMS Power inverters, solar charge controllers, and complete solar kits

This extension cable is the red (positive) leg of a solar PV circuit. It is commonly paired with the corresponding black negative extension cable to complete a balanced wiring run. The MC4-type locking connectors ensure a secure, moisture-resistant connection that meets standard solar installation practices.
