CURT 16050 Puck System 5th Wheel Rails 30000 lbs GTW

The CURT 16050 Puck System 5th Wheel Rails bridge the gap between your truck's factory OEM bed puck system and a standard 5th wheel hitch, delivering a strong, removable, and versatile towing platform. Industry-standard rail dimensions allow compatibility with most 5th wheel hitch legs and rollers, making this adapter an essential component for puck-equipped heavy-duty trucks.

Key Features:

• Quick-Connect Quarter-Turn Anchors: Rails drop into the factory puck system and lock securely with a simple quarter-turn — no tools required for installation or removal
• Adjustable Anchors: Fine-tune anchor tension to eliminate chucking noises between the rails and under-bed platform while under tow
• 30,000 lb GTW Capacity: Rated for up to 30,000 lbs gross trailer weight with a 7,500 lb vertical load limit (capacity limited to lowest-rated towing component)
• Industry-Standard Rail Design: Accepts most 5th wheel hitch legs and rollers for broad hitch compatibility
• Carbide Black Powder Coat Finish: Liquid A-coat primer plus durable carbide black powder coat provides superior resistance to scratches, rust, and corrosion
• SAE J2638 Safety Tested: Engineered and tested in accordance with SAE J2638 standards for reliable, certified performance
• Tool-Free Removal: When towing is complete, the entire rail assembly removes in seconds with a simple anchor turn, keeping your truck bed fully usable
