HAZET 51190 Echo Brake Control Under-Dash Trailer Brake Controller

The CURT 51190 Echo Under-Dash Trailer Brake Controller is a smartphone-connected, proportional brake controller designed for modern towing. The compact main module mounts out of sight under the dash, keeping your cab uncluttered while delivering full-featured trailer brake management through your phone.

Using built-in Bluetooth, the Echo pairs wirelessly with the free OneControl Auto app (available for Apple iOS and Android OS) — no extra modules, buttons, or knobs required. The app lets you monitor brake activity, adjust maximum output and sensitivity settings, receive status updates, and manually activate trailer brakes, all from your smartphone.

Key Features:

• Bluetooth smartphone control — wirelessly manages all brake settings via the OneControl Auto app for iOS and Android
• Triple-axis motion-sensing accelerometer — delivers smooth, proportional braking in all driving conditions, including hills
• Supports 1–4 axles (2–8 brakes) — compatible with a wide range of trailers and towing configurations
• Hidden under-dash module — mounts out of sight for a clean, unobstructed dash
• Failsafe operation — if Bluetooth connection is lost, the controller continues to function using the last programmed settings
• Multiple trailer profiles — create and save settings for different trailers and load conditions
• Manual override support — compatible with Echo manual override button #51189 (sold separately)
• Compatible with cruise control and ABS brakes
• Works with low-voltage and PWM wiring systems
• Built-in reverse-polarity protection and short-circuit protection
• Available for North America and Australia markets

The CURT Echo 51190 installs using a vehicle-specific quick-plug harness and is compatible with virtually any trailer setup. Note: not compatible with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, but will not interfere with those systems.
