Product Details

The CURT 51437 Trailer Brake Controller Adapter Harness is a quick-plug wiring solution that connects your trailer brake controller directly to your vehicle's factory-installed brake controller socket — no cutting or splicing required. Designed for fast, reliable installation, this harness gets you towing with electric trailer brakes in less than ten minutes.

Key Features:

  • Plug-and-play installation — plugs directly into the vehicle's OEM brake controller socket for a secure, hassle-free connection
  • Dual-plug design — one end connects to the vehicle's factory socket; the other end connects to a compatible CURT brake controller
  • 24 inches of 12-gauge wire — provides flexible routing during installation
  • Slit-loom protective sleeve — shields wiring from crushing, abrasion, and environmental damage
  • Color-matched wiring — wire colors correspond to standard brake controller harness conventions for easy identification
  • Includes zip ties for a clean, contained harness installation

This brake control adapter harness is compatible with select Ford and Lincoln vehicles. Packaged and ready to install, the CURT 51437 is backed by a one-year limited warranty.
