CMP CDL1215NY Double Braid Nylon Dockline 1/2in x 15ft Navy Blue

The CMP CDL1215NY is a 1/2 inch diameter x 15 foot double braided nylon dockline in navy blue, designed to deliver reliable, long-lasting performance in marine mooring applications. Double braid construction combines a braided core with a braided cover for superior strength, excellent load distribution, and a comfortable hand feel when handling lines under load.

Key Features:

• Double Braided Construction – Provides high tensile strength, shock absorption, and smooth handling compared to twisted or single-braid lines
• UV Resistant – Treated to withstand prolonged sun exposure without significant degradation, extending service life in open-water environments
• Abrasion Resistant – Durable cover sheds wear from cleats, chocks, and dock hardware
• Nylon Material – Offers excellent elasticity to absorb surge and wave shock loads, protecting both vessel and dock hardware
• 1/2 Inch Diameter x 15 Foot Length – A versatile size suited for mid-size boats and a wide variety of mooring configurations
• Navy Blue Color – Classic marine color for easy identification and a clean, professional look on deck

Nylon double braid docklines are the preferred choice for mooring because of their natural stretch, which cushions the jerking forces that occur in wake, wind, and tide conditions. The CMP CDL1215NY is an excellent everyday dockline for spring lines, bow lines, and stern lines on recreational and light-commercial vessels.
