CMP CDL3815NY Double Braid Nylon Dock Line 3/8in x 15ft Navy Blue

The CMP CDL3815NY is a 3/8-inch diameter, 15-foot double braid nylon dock line in navy blue, engineered to deliver reliable, long-lasting performance in demanding marine environments. Double braid construction combines an inner braid core with an outer braid cover for superior strength, smooth handling, and excellent balance under load.

Key Features:

• Double Braid Nylon Construction: Provides a denser, rounder rope profile with outstanding tensile strength and a torque-free, balanced design that won't unlay under heavy loading
• Water-Resistant Coating: Specially treated to prevent the strength loss that can occur when rope becomes saturated in wet conditions
• UV Resistant: Formulated to withstand prolonged sun exposure without significant degradation in strength or flexibility
• Abrasion Resistant: Higher twisting of yarns and strands produces a denser construction that resists chafe and snagging against cleats, dock hardware, and rough surfaces
• Spliced Eye: Professionally finished 12-inch eye splice on one end for quick and secure attachment to dock cleats, pilings, or mooring rings
• Heat-Sealed Bitter End: Opposite end is heat-sealed to prevent fraying over time
• Chemical and Mildew Resistant: Nylon construction resists oil, grease, gasoline, most chemicals, mildew, and rot — safe to store wet
• Navy Blue Color: Classic marine color for easy identification and a professional appearance
• Diameter: 3/8 inch (9.5 mm)
• Length: 15 feet (4.6 m)

The CMP CDL3815NY double braid dock line is an excellent choice for securing small to mid-size boats at the dock or mooring. Its controlled elongation absorbs shock loads from wakes, wind, and tide, protecting both your vessel and dock hardware.
