Nauticus GA5002-40T Smart Tabs ST Gas Actuator with Boot 40 lb Pair

The Nauticus GA5002-40T is a pair of original equipment replacement gas actuators designed specifically for the ST (Stainless) Series Smart Tabs trim tab systems. Rated at 40 lbs, these nitrogen-charged pneumatic actuators automatically respond to water pressure, boat speed, and payload — delivering hands-free trim control without any operator input underway.

Each actuator's chamber is filled with nitrogen gas and hydraulic fluid, functioning like a dampened spring with no internal or external metal components. This design provides a smooth, controlled reaction time of approximately 1.5 seconds, preventing abrupt tab movement and ensuring consistent, reliable performance on the water.

Key Features:

• Designed as direct OEM replacement actuators for Nauticus ST (Stainless) Series Smart Tabs
• 40 lb force rating for properly matched trim tab applications
• Nitrogen gas and hydraulic fluid-filled chamber for smooth, dampened actuation

• Standard actuator length: 10 inches
• Backed by Nauticus' 2-year warranty for original purchasers

Keeping your Smart Tabs system performing at its best means replacing worn actuators before they affect your boat's trim response. The GA5002-40T delivers the same fit and function as the factory-installed units, helping reduce bow rise, porpoising, and fuel consumption for a smoother, more efficient ride.
