Centek 1200265 Marine Exhaust Reducer Coupler 6in to 4in Fiberglass

The Centek 1200265 is a 6-inch to 4-inch fiberglass reducer coupler designed for wet marine exhaust systems. Built to the same exacting standards as Centek's Vernatube exhaust tubing, this fitting provides a reliable, leak-free transition between different exhaust hose diameters during engine repowers, system repairs, or new installations.

Key Features:

• Fiberglass Construction: Made from resin-impregnated glass filament fiberglass and fire-retardant resins — the same materials used in Centek Vernatube exhaust tubing
• High-Temperature Rated: Formulated for high-temperature exhaust applications; meets or exceeds ASTM D-635, UL94V-O, US Navy/USCG MIL-R-21607, and MIL-R-7575 standards for self-extinguishing materials
• Smooth Interior Bore: Resin-rich inner diameter minimizes restriction to exhaust gases and cooling water flow
• Precision Outer Dimensions: Outer diameter is compatible with standard marine rubber exhaust hose inside diameters for a secure, confident fit
• Lightweight and Non-Corroding: Fiberglass composition resists corrosion in harsh marine environments
• Easy Installation: Drop-in replacement for repairing, repowering, or upgrading a wet exhaust system
• 6-Inch to 4-Inch Transition: Smoothly steps down from a 6in exhaust hose to a 4in connection

Centek is an ISO 9001-certified manufacturer with Lloyd's Register type approval and ABYC P1 Construction Standard compliance. The 1200265 reducer coupler is a quality-engineered component built to perform reliably in demanding marine environments.
