Product Details

The Barton Marine BPI-25 is a pipe gland reducer insert designed to extend the versatility of the Barton BPG-50 Bulkhead Pipe Gland. This adapter allows smaller-diameter pipes and conduits to be routed and sealed through a bulkhead installation that was sized for the BPG-50, accepting pipe outer diameters between 22.5mm and 25mm.

Like the full Barton Bulkhead Pipe Gland system, the BPI-25 delivers a water and vapor-proof seal between bulkheads. The flexible design accommodates curved bulkhead surfaces as well as pipe entry at an angle, making it practical for real-world installation challenges aboard marine vessels.

Key Features:

  • Adapter insert for use with the Barton BPG-50 Bulkhead Pipe Gland
  • Accepts pipe outer diameters from 22.5mm to 25mm
  • Provides a water and vapor-proof bulkhead seal
  • Flexible construction accommodates curved surfaces and angled pipe entry
  • Easy to install and fully serviceable in situ without removing from the bulkhead
  • Bolted and clamp fittings removable quickly with basic tools
  • Manufactured by Barton Marine — UK-made sailing hardware trusted worldwide

The BPI-25 is part of Barton Marine's comprehensive Bulkhead Pipe Gland range, which uses dual-resin construction for heat resistance and features longer stainless steel studs to handle bulkhead wall variations. Ideal for boat builders, restorers, and refitters needing reliable, serviceable pipe sealing solutions.

Good experience!

Quick delivery and accurate order.

Shipping took longer than expected as I paid for expedited shipping. I reached out to ask why it wasn't sent two day and got no reply. The customer service could really use improvement and this is reflected in multiple reviews. However, the products arrived safely and as described. I'm very satisfied with the pricing as well. At the end of the day, that's the most important thing.

Fast shipping. Great price on exactly what I was looking for

This was one of the few places I could find that had these in stock.

Product shipped from Norfolk VA, which was very convenient to me in NC. Arrived in a few days from ordering.
