Shipping took longer than expected as I paid for expedited shipping. I reached out to ask why it wasn't sent two day and got no reply. The customer service could really use improvement and this is reflected in multiple reviews. However, the products arrived safely and as described. I'm very satisfied with the pricing as well. At the end of the day, that's the most important thing.

Fast shipping

This company is super fast to get you your order! I ordered online and figured it would be at least a couple days or so until my order would even get processed. I think they overnighted it to me! The package showed up undamaged and sealed. Unfortunately, I may have to return the product as I am thinking I would like the spikes shorter but that is no fault of Thmotorsports. Hopefully their customer service is as superior as their ordering and shipping. At this point I would definitely shop there again and recommend them.
