Trimax UMAX300SM Universal Coupler & Wheel Lock 7/8in Hardened Steel Hex Shackle Fully Shrouded Hammer Tone Black

The Trimax UMAX300SM is a heavy-duty, dual-purpose trailer coupler lock and integrated wheel lock designed to deliver maximum theft deterrence for your trailer. Built around a 7/8" thick hardened steel HEX shackle with a fully shrouded design, this lock minimizes exposed shackle surface to defeat bolt cutters and hacksaws — one of the most critical features in a high-security coupler lock.

The fully shrouded body is constructed from a solid die-cast housing finished in a rugged Hammer Tone Black coating that absorbs impact and resists corrosion, making it suitable for year-round outdoor use in harsh conditions.

Key Features:

• 7/8" Hardened Steel HEX Shackle — hex shape resists cutting and twisting attacks
• Fully Shrouded Design — virtually no exposed shackle to attack with bolt cutters
• Dual-Purpose U-Lock System — patented integrated U-lock secures wheels, chains, or cables in addition to the coupler
• Universal Fit — compatible with 1-7/8", 2", and 2-5/16" ball couplers including Fulton, Bulldog, Atwood, UFP, and more
• Solid Die-Cast Body — withstands hammer blows and severe weather exposure
• Hammer Tone Black Finish — durable coating provides corrosion resistance and a rugged appearance
• Patented Dual Locking Mechanism — engineered for maximum cut and pick resistance

The UMAX300SM's integrated U-lock feature allows you to loop a Trimax chain or cable through the shackle for layered, dual-force security — securing both the coupler and the wheels simultaneously. It is an ideal solution for unattended trailers including utility, boat, cargo, and RV applications.
