Product Details

The Quicksilver 8M0145465 Fuel Pump Kit is a genuine OEM replacement fuel pump kit designed for select Mercury FourStroke outboard engines. This factory-original kit restores proper fuel delivery to compatible 30–60 HP FourStroke outboards, including 3-cylinder carburetor, 3-cylinder EFI, and 4-cylinder EFI configurations.

Key Features:

  • Genuine OEM Quicksilver/Mercury Marine part — not aftermarket
  • Designed for select Mercury 30, 40, 50, and 60 HP FourStroke outboards
  • Covers 3-cylinder carburetor, 3-cylinder EFI, and 4-cylinder EFI engine variants
  • Supersedes Mercury part numbers 8M0141827 and 8M0118177
  • Includes fuel pump assembly and clamps
  • Restores reliable fuel delivery to combat hard starting, hesitation, and poor engine performance

A worn or failing fuel pump can cause symptoms such as hard starting, engine hesitation, rough running, or loss of fuel pressure. The Quicksilver 8M0145465 is the correct OEM replacement path for compatible FourStroke outboards previously using part numbers 8M0141827 or 8M0118177. Always verify your engine serial number against the Mercury parts diagram before ordering to confirm fitment.

Supersedes: 8M0141827, 8M0118177

Great transaction, very satisfied.

Good job

There was one speaker grid missing.. It was apparent that the box had been opened previously. Please forward this to customer service - would request that missing mesh grid be sent to me. Thank you
