Sika 875379 Sikaflex-504 SL Semi-Leveling RV Roof Membrane Sealer White 300ml

Sikaflex®-504 SL is a professional-grade, 1-component silane-terminated polymer (STP) sealant that moisture-cures upon exposure to atmospheric humidity. Engineered specifically for RV roof sealing, its semi-leveling flow characteristic allows the sealant to spread for wider coverage while still encapsulating roof protrusions such as bolt heads — delivering a reliable, weather-tight seal in a single application.

Key Features:

• Semi-leveling STP formula — partially self-levels for broader coverage while retaining enough body to seal around protrusions and fasteners
• Moisture-cure technology — 1-component system cures on exposure to atmospheric humidity; no mixing required
• Wide adhesion range — bonds to gel-coated and fiber-reinforced plastics (FRP), EPDM membranes, metals, metal primers, two-component paint coatings, ceramic materials, and plastics
• Excellent weathering resistance — formulated to perform in open joints and exposed roofline environments
• Low VOC, low shrinkage — resists cracking and maintains a flexible, elastic seal over time
• White color — blends with standard RV roof aesthetics
• 300ml cartridge — compatible with standard caulking guns for easy, controlled application

Sikaflex®-504 SL is the preferred RV roof sealant for sealing laps, seams, and joints on EPDM membranes as well as transitions to roof hardware and vents. Its broad substrate compatibility makes it a versatile solution for a wide range of roofing components. Recommended for experienced professional users. For materials prone to stress cracking, consult manufacturer guidance and test on the original substrate prior to full application.
