Factor 55 00410-51 XTV Fast Fid Synthetic Rope Splicing Tool

The Factor 55 XTV Fast Fid (Part #00410-51) is a precision splicing tool engineered for preparing and maintaining synthetic winch rope on ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides. Designed to work seamlessly with Factor 55's lineup of rope-termination hardware — including the FlatLink and ProLink shackle mounts — this tool makes field splicing fast, clean, and consistent without the need for specialized rigging expertise.

Synthetic winch rope requires a properly finished eye splice at the loop end to safely interface with recovery hardware. The Fast Fid simplifies this process by providing a rigid, tapered guide that allows the rope's core to be threaded through itself cleanly, producing a load-bearing splice rated for demanding off-road recovery use. The XTV version is specifically sized for the smaller-diameter synthetic ropes commonly used on ATV and UTV winches.

Key Features:

• Designed specifically for ATV/UTV synthetic winch rope diameters
• Enables fast, field-ready eye splices without special rigging tools
• Compatible with Factor 55 FlatLink, ProLink, and other rope-end termination hardware
• Rigid tapered design for clean, consistent core threading
• Compact and lightweight — easy to store in a trail kit or recovery bag
• Made in the USA by Factor 55

Whether you're prepping a new rope or re-terminating a damaged end on the trail, the Factor 55 XTV Fast Fid is an essential tool for anyone running synthetic winch line on their ATV or UTV recovery setup.
