The Engineered Marine Products (EMP) 22-05101 is a male tank-side fuel connector designed as a direct-fit replacement for Honda outboard fuel systems. Featuring 1/4" NPT threads, this fitting installs into the fuel tank port and accepts a hose-side female connector to complete the fuel line connection.
This connector is engineered for 1991 and later Honda outboard engines that use the old-style large tank connector style. It directly replaces Honda OEM part number 16977-ZV5-900 and is compatible with the Sierra 7-6886 female connector for a complete tank-side replacement.
Key Features:
EMP has been a trusted aftermarket supplier to the marine industry for over 40 years, providing OEM-quality replacement parts at competitive prices. If the original fitting is cracked, leaking, or worn from seasonal use, the 22-05101 is a reliable direct replacement that gets your fuel system back in service.
