Engineered Marine Products 27-03310 Outer Exhaust Cover Gasket Gaskets & Seals

The Engineered Marine Products (EMP) 27-03310 is a replacement outer exhaust cover gasket designed to provide a reliable seal at the exhaust cover on marine outboard and sterndrive engines. EMP manufactures this gasket to meet or exceed original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications, ensuring a proper fit and long-lasting performance in the demanding marine environment.

Marine exhaust cover gaskets are critical sealing components that prevent exhaust gases and water from escaping at the junction between the exhaust cover and the powerhead or exhaust housing. Over time, heat cycling, corrosion, and compression set can degrade the original gasket, leading to exhaust leaks, overheating, or poor engine performance. Replacing a worn or damaged outer exhaust cover gasket restores the integrity of the exhaust system and helps protect the engine from damage.

Key Features:

• Manufactured by Engineered Marine Products (EMP) to OEM-equivalent standards
• Designed for reliable sealing in high-heat marine exhaust applications
• Resists degradation from heat cycling, moisture, and exhaust gases
• Direct OEM-style replacement for straightforward installation
• Sold as a single gasket

Always replace the exhaust cover gasket any time the exhaust cover is removed for inspection or service to ensure a leak-free seal upon reassembly. Refer to your engine service manual for proper torque specifications during installation.
