Product Details

The Engineered Marine Products (EMP) 57-57034 is a replacement serpentine belt engineered specifically for MerCruiser stern drive and inboard engines. EMP belts are built to meet or exceed OEM specifications, delivering reliable power transmission in demanding marine environments.

Key Features:

  • Direct OEM-replacement serpentine belt designed for MerCruiser applications
  • Constructed from durable, reinforced rubber compounds to resist heat, oil, and moisture common in marine engine compartments
  • Drives critical engine accessories including the raw water pump, circulating water pump, alternator, and power steering pump
  • Engineered to maintain proper belt tension and grip across a wide range of operating temperatures
  • Drop-in fitment — no modifications required for compatible MerCruiser engines
  • Manufactured by Engineered Marine Products (EMP), a trusted supplier of marine engine components

Regular serpentine belt inspection and timely replacement are essential to keeping your MerCruiser engine's cooling, charging, and steering systems functioning properly. Replace the belt at the first sign of cracking, fraying, glazing, or squealing to avoid unexpected on-water failures. Always verify the part number against your engine's service manual or existing belt before ordering.
