CMP CMC06AL Limited Clearance Aluminum Shaft Collar Anode 1-3/8 Inch

The CMP Martyr CMC06AL is an aluminum limited clearance shaft collar anode engineered to provide reliable cathodic protection for propeller shafts in salt and brackish water environments. Its low-profile, collar-style design is specifically built for installations where space between the strut, keel, or cutlass bearing and the propeller is restricted, making it ideal where a standard full-size shaft anode will not fit.

Constructed from a high-purity aluminum alloy, this anode is the preferred choice for salt and brackish (mixed) water applications, offering superior electrochemical performance compared to zinc in these conditions. The anode is pressure diecast and manufactured to strict quality standards to ensure consistent alloy composition and maximum sacrificial protection.

Key Features:

• Material: High-purity aluminum alloy — ideal for salt and brackish water use
• Inner Diameter: 1-1/8 inch (fits 1-3/8 inch shaft)
• Outer Diameter: 3.19 inches
• Height: 1-1/4 inches
• Interlocking halves for easy installation and full 360° shaft contact
• Bolt-retaining washers prevent anode from falling off during and after installation
• Includes Allen head bolt and lock washer hardware
• Extra alloy material around the fastener area for added durability
• Designed for easy underwater installation

The CMC06AL ships with all necessary stainless steel hardware and is a direct fit for the Martyr CMC-6 limited clearance series. It is an effective sacrificial anode solution for protecting propeller shafts, struts, and rudders on pleasure craft and workboats operating in corrosive marine environments.
