The Icom OPC-2338 is a genuine 14-pin USB programming and data cable designed for PC-to-radio configuration of compatible Icom digital portable radios. It connects directly to the radio's 14-pin accessory port and provides a reliable interface for cloning, channel programming, and firmware updates using Icom's programming software.

In addition to programming functionality, the OPC-2338 supports Type-C NXDN Transparent Data Transfer, allowing the radio to be used as a data modem for peripheral equipment in the field — ideal for IDAS and NXDN digital network deployments.
