The Rupes 990.013 Foam Interface Pad is a 75mm (3") soft interface pad designed and manufactured in-house by Rupes to significantly improve sanding results on contoured and curved surfaces. At 7mm thick, this pad fits between your hook-and-loop backing plate and sanding disc, acting as a cushioning layer that allows the abrasive to conform to the natural shapes and body lines of a panel for a more uniform, professional finish.
