Wet Sounds RECON 8 XW-W RGB 8" Marine Coaxial Speakers White Grille

The Wet Sounds RECON 8 XW-W RGB is an 8-inch component-style marine coaxial speaker with white XW grilles and integrated RGB LED backlighting. It belongs to the RECON Series and is built for boats and powersports vehicles. It is efficient enough to run from a wide variety of audio systems, including powered head units.

Key Features:

• 8-inch midrange driver with a high-output aluminum dome tweeter, for strong midbass, clear highs and good vocal clarity
• Integrated RGB LED backlighting for custom accent lighting, controlled with a Wet Sounds RGB controller (sold separately)
• Nylas nylon/fiberglass composite frame built for harsh outdoor conditions
• Injection-molded composite cone with a Santoprene spider and surround suspension
• White XW grilles that match the rest of the Wet Sounds product line
• Power handling: 70 watts RMS / 140 watts peak
• Impedance: 4 ohms
• Overall diameter: about 9 inches with grille
• Mounting depth: about 3.5 inches
• Cutout: about 7.25 inches

The larger 8-inch driver gives more output and better low-frequency response. That helps the music project over wind and ambient noise in open-air marine and powersports settings. Wet Sounds backs the RECON series with a 2-year warranty from authorized dealers.
