Sierra Water Pump Impeller for Nissan/Tohatsu Outboards

The Sierra Water Pump Impeller for Nissan and Tohatsu outboards is a replacement flexible impeller for the engine's raw water cooling pump. The impeller moves cooling water through the powerhead and lower unit, so a fresh one helps the engine run at a safe operating temperature. Sierra is a well-known marine aftermarket brand that builds replacement parts for outboard and sterndrive engines.

Key Features:

• Flexible rubber vane design that moves cooling water through the engine
• Made as a direct replacement for the original impeller in Nissan and Tohatsu outboard water pumps
• Elastomer construction made to resist wear, heat and repeated flexing
• Helps prevent overheating caused by a worn, cracked or missing vane
• Part of the Sierra Marine line of aftermarket outboard service parts

Service Notes: Impellers wear with use and can age while sitting unused. Many owners replace the impeller as part of regular outboard maintenance. Replacing the pump housing, gaskets and seals at the same time helps the new impeller last. Select the correct part number for your specific outboard model from the variants listed.
