Sierra Fuel Line Assembly Universal EPA Compliant

The Sierra Universal EPA Compliant Fuel Line Assembly is a complete outboard fuel line with a primer bulb. It is a universal-fit replacement for marine fuel delivery. Sierra builds each assembly to meet current EPA low-permeation requirements for above-deck outboard applications. The line also resists ethanol-blended fuels.

Key Features:

• EPA compliant: Low-permeation components reduce hydrocarbon emissions through the hose and the primer bulb.
• Low-permeation primer bulb: The bulb uses an FKP/fluoroelastomer compound and a high-flow check valve. It keeps the look, feel and operation of Sierra's traditional primer bulb.
• Barrier-layer hose: A non-permeable THV barrier liner stops fuel vapor from passing through the hose wall.
• Reinforced construction: The hose has a nitrile jacket and polyester fabric reinforcement. A weather- and UV-resistant CPE outer cover helps resist kinking.
• Ethanol resistant: The materials are designed to handle modern ethanol-blended fuels.
• Easy to rig: The hose stays flexible across a wide temperature range and clamps easily. Stainless steel hose clamps secure the connections.

This fuel line assembly suits boat owners, marine technicians and repair shops who need a dependable universal replacement fuel hose with primer bulb for outboard engines. It is made by Sierra, a trusted name in marine engine parts.
