Sierra Needle Seat Assembly for Johnson/Evinrude Outboard Carburetors

The Sierra needle seat assembly (also called a carburetor needle and seat or float valve assembly) is a replacement fuel-metering component for Johnson and Evinrude outboard carburetors. It controls the flow of fuel into the carburetor bowl and helps keep the fuel level steady for smooth starting, reliable idle, and consistent engine performance.

Key Features:

• Aftermarket replacement for the needle and seat assemblies used in Johnson/Evinrude outboard carburetors
• Helps maintain the correct fuel level in the carburetor float bowl
• Designed to seal reliably and help prevent flooding, fuel leakage, and hard starting
• Suited to carburetor rebuilds and routine marine engine maintenance
• Backed by Sierra International, a long-established supplier of marine engine parts

A worn or sticking needle and seat can cause rough running, fuel overflow, and poor performance. Replacing it during a carburetor overhaul helps restore proper fuel delivery. Select the correct child item for your carburetor application.
