Sea-Dog Line Twisted Nylon Anchor Line with Thimble

The Sea-Dog Line Twisted Nylon Anchor Line with Thimble is a ready-to-use boat anchor rope (also called an anchor rode or anchor line). It is made from 100% premium twisted three-strand nylon. Nylon is strong and rot resistant. It also stretches, which absorbs shock loads and helps keep the anchor set when wind and waves surge against the boat.

Key Features:

• 100% premium twisted three-strand nylon construction
• Excellent flexibility, with stretch that absorbs shock loads
• Medium lay with a soft feel, so it is easy to handle
• Stainless steel thimble built into the eye, which protects the splice from chafe and wear at the anchor connection
• Professionally spliced with five tucks for a secure eye
• Yacht whipped at the bitter end to prevent unraveling
• Packaged on an easy-to-dispense spool

This pre-spliced anchor line suits recreational boats and smaller vessels. The thimble is already installed, so you can shackle the line to your anchor or chain and use it right away.
