Quicksilver Thermostat Gasket for Mercury Outboards

The Quicksilver thermostat gasket is a replacement sealing gasket for the engine thermostat housing on Mercury and Mariner outboard motors. It seals the thermostat housing (thermostat cover) to the cylinder head or block. This keeps cooling water passages leak-free and helps the engine hold its correct operating temperature.

Key Features:

• Genuine Quicksilver replacement part, made to match Mercury Marine specifications
• Seals the thermostat housing against coolant and water leaks
• Helps maintain proper engine cooling and thermostat operation
• Suited to routine thermostat replacement and cooling system service
• Designed for the marine environment and the heat cycling of outboard engines

Replace the thermostat gasket each time the thermostat housing is removed. A fresh gasket gives a reliable seal and helps protect your outboard from overheating and water leakage. Select the correct part number for your specific engine from the available options.
