Engineered Marine Products Lower Gearcase Seal Kit

The Engineered Marine Products (EMP) Lower Gearcase Seal Kit line is for servicing and restoring the sealing points in marine lower gearcases. These kits are also called lower unit seal kits or gear housing seal kits. They are used for outboard and sterndrive lower unit maintenance, rebuilds and repairs.

Key Features:

• Restores sealing integrity in marine lower gearcases
• Helps keep water out and gear lube in, protecting internal gears and bearings from corrosion and premature wear
• Built to OEM-quality standards as a direct-fit replacement for compatible gearcase applications
• Marine-grade materials chosen for durability and long service life in demanding marine environments
• Suited to routine maintenance, complete lower unit rebuilds and corrective repairs

Replacing worn gearcase seals on schedule helps prevent lubricant loss and water intrusion, which are common causes of lower unit failure. Each part number in the line has its own OEM and aftermarket cross-references, so choose the kit that matches your gearcase.
