Attwood Marine Vented Battery Box for Group Batteries

The Attwood Marine Vented Battery Box line gives marine, boat and RV batteries a secure, protective home. Each box is a vented battery case built to keep lead-acid batteries contained and held down. Attwood offers it in several battery group sizes, so you can match the box to your battery.

Key Features:

• Vented design: lets battery gases disperse safely instead of building up.
• Acid-resistant polypropylene construction: resists battery acid and holds up in harsh marine environments.
• Four enlarged cable openings: make it easy to route battery cables.
• Large rolled-edge handles: make the box easier to carry and install.
• Standards compliance: meets ABYC Standard E-10 and U.S. Coast Guard Specification 183.420 as an OEM-installed battery hold-down system.
• Heavy-duty hold-down strap: rated to resist 350 pounds of force, nearly four times the USCG requirement.
• Mounting hardware included: gives you what you need for installation.

Whether you are replacing a worn battery box or adding a hold-down system to a boat, RV or other powersports application, the Attwood vented battery box is a dependable, code-compliant way to keep your battery secure. Choose the child option that matches your battery group size.
