Dometic NRX Compressor Refrigerator

The Dometic NRX compressor refrigerator series (also called the NRX 12/24V DC compressor fridge) is Dometic's latest generation of DC refrigerators for RVs, boats, vans and other mobile living spaces. It replaces the earlier CRX series. Each model uses an energy-efficient, variable-speed compressor and a frameless door with a full-width handle. The fridge, freezer or both can be used at the same time.

Key Features:

• 3-in-1 cooling: Use it as a fridge, a freezer, or both at once.
• Premium variable-speed compressor: It has three operating modes (Eco, Performance/Boost and Silent) to balance cooling power, noise and power draw.
• Removable freezer compartment: Take it out to use the full cabinet for refrigeration or one-star conservation.
• Frameless door: The sleek design has a full-width handle.
• Easy-to-use control panel: It is flush-mounted inside the cabinet and has an integrated LED light bar.
• Winter mode: A smart closing mechanism leaves a small gap between the door and the fridge so the interior can air out.
• Reversible door hinge: It can be fitted on the left or right to suit your layout.
• Dual-function door locks: They can also act as vents.
• Beveled rear side: This makes better use of space on board.
• Low-GWP refrigerant: The series uses R1234yf refrigerant.
• 12/24V DC operation: It is designed for low power consumption in off-grid use.

Compared with the CRX series, the NRX line has a refreshed interior, improved insulation around the freezer compartment and reduced weight. Mounting frames are not included. A single accessory frame type is offered separately for standard or flush-mount installation.
