Blue Ox Base Plate for Ram Tow Bar

The Blue Ox base plate (also called a baseplate or tow bar bracket) is the vehicle-specific mounting bracket that gives your Blue Ox tow bar a secure place to attach. It is built for flat towing a Ram pickup behind a motorhome. Each base plate is designed to create a solid, durable connection between the towed vehicle and the tow vehicle.

Key Features:

• Custom-designed for specific vehicle applications, so the fit is matched to the towed vehicle's chassis
• Bolts directly to the chassis at multiple attachment points, with no welding required
• Mounts out of sight behind the front fascia for a clean look
• Removable attachment tabs on many applications leave a tidy appearance when the vehicle is not being towed
• Steel construction with a durable black powder-coat finish to resist corrosion
• Mounting hardware and installation instructions are included for do-it-yourself installation
