Mirka Dry Guide Coat Powder with Applicator

The Mirka Dry Guide Coat is a dry guide coat powder (also called control powder) that comes with its own applicator. It makes scratches, pinholes, low spots and other surface flaws easy to see while you sand body filler, polyester filler and primer. The contrast it gives lets you check your progress at any stage of the sanding process.

Key Features:

• Makes imperfections and scratches visible, which guides the operator through sanding to a consistent finish
• The applicator leaves an even coating of powder
• The applicator has flexible edges, so it works well on contoured areas
• The powder covers well
• The dry, solvent-free formula needs no drying time or masking, so you can sand right after applying
• The powder does not clog sanding abrasives
• You can apply it quickly at any point in the sanding process

Mirka offers the guide coat in contrasting powder colors. The color you choose depends on whether the surface you are sanding is light or dark. It suits auto body repair, refinishing and other surface preparation work where flat, flaw-free results matter.
