Martyr Anodes Yamaha Outboard Trim Tab Anode - Zinc

Martyr Anodes Yamaha outboard trim tab anodes in zinc protect your outboard's underwater metal parts from galvanic corrosion. The trim tab anode (also called a trim tab zinc or sacrificial anode) is made to replace the factory anode on Yamaha outboard motors. It corrodes in place of the more valuable metal components around it.

Key Features:

• Zinc construction: Zinc is the standard sacrificial anode material for saltwater use. It is also suitable for other marine environments, depending on your boating conditions.
• Sacrificial corrosion protection: The anode wears away first, which helps protect the lower unit, trim tab area and other submerged metal parts.
• Direct-replacement design: It is made for Yamaha outboard trim tab applications and replaces the original anode.
• Simple maintenance: Replacing the anode is a routine task, and the anode should be changed once it has eroded significantly.
• Trusted brand: Martyr Anodes makes sacrificial anodes for marine applications.

Check your anode regularly and replace it before it is fully consumed. This keeps your outboard protected season after season.
