Martyr Anodes Streamlined Rudder/Trim Tab Zinc Anode with Slotted Stainless Steel Hardware

Martyr Anodes Streamlined Rudder/Trim Tab Zinc Anodes are sacrificial zinc anodes. They protect your boat's rudder and trim tabs from galvanic corrosion. Each anode comes with slotted stainless steel hardware for installation. This rudder anode line is for boats in brackish or fresh water.

Key Features:

• Sacrificial zinc construction: The anode corrodes in place of your rudder, trim tab and other submerged metal parts.
• Premium die-cast alloy: Martyr makes these anodes from a specialized zinc alloy based on US Mil Spec requirements. The alloy is meant to give dependable corrosion protection and long service life.
• Streamlined profile: The low-profile shape reduces drag and turbulence around the rudder or trim tab.
• Slotted stainless steel hardware: A stainless steel slotted screw secures the anode and can be installed with a standard flat-blade screwdriver.
• Laboratory-tested quality: Martyr tests its anodes in its own laboratory to check alloy quality and consistency.
• Multiple sizes: The line comes in a range of diameters to suit different rudder and trim tab applications.

Replace your rudder anode regularly. Check it often and replace it once it has eroded significantly, so that your rudder and other underwater metals stay protected.
