The Springfield Marine KingPin Standard Fixed Height Pedestal Post is a removable boat seat post, also called a seat pedestal post or fixed pedestal post. It gives a seat a consistent, fixed mounting height. It's built for the KingPin removable pedestal seat mounting system and works with any KingPin seat mount and Standard (non-threaded) KingPin base.

  • Removable design: a 3/4" steel pin with a retention clip lets you lift the seat out when you need open deck space.
  • Reinforcement ring: adds structural integrity to the post.
  • Corrosion-resistant finish: made to hold up in harsh marine environments.
  • Fixed height: gives a stable, consistent seating position with no adjustment mechanism.
  • Standard KingPin compatibility: works with any KingPin seat mount and Standard KingPin base (both sold separately).
  • Safety rating: meets ABYC H-31 Class B. It's designed for seat occupancy only at boat speeds up to 5 mph, and isn't intended for helm or driver positions.

Fast, simple the way it should be.

I never received anything about shipping so I contacted customer support. They said it was a direct shipment and they would check on it for me and get back to me. I never heard back from them. Shortly after that I did receive a message from the carrier saying they have my shipment and scheduled a delivery. They said they would call me 30 mins before the delivery so I could get off work and come to inspect it before signing for it. That didnt' happen either my wife called me first thing in the morning and say they are here delivering it now so I had to run home so I could inspect it. The driver was really nice and waited for me to get there.
